| Abstract: | A method for the direct determination of 15 RE el-ements in water phase of extraction of rare earths by filter paper technique X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is described in this paper. The method is simple, rapid and convenient. Since the preparation of the standards is simplified, the analytical time is shortened greatly. Determination limits of all the rare earth elements are 0.1% and their relative standard deviations are from 0. 1 % to 5. 0%. The method is very practical in rare earth production. |
