摘    要:为找出发射装置弹射机构的薄弱环节,以发射装置弹射机构无法弹射为顶事件建立故障树,采用故障树分析法,找出导致顶事件发生的各种原因和原因组合,在统计分析电子元器件、结构件和液压元件故障发生概率的基础上开展了故障树定量分析。在各底事件中电子元器件的重要度较高,结构件和液压元件的重要度较低,在研制中对电子元器件应重点关注。

Abstract:In order to find out the weakness of the ejection mechanism of launch device, a fault tree for the ejection mechanism of launch device unable to eject was built in this text. A variety of reasons or combination reasons for the fault tree was found out through the fault tree analysis method, the quantitative analysis of fault tree was developed on the basis of the statistical analysis of fault probability of electronic components, structural parts and hydraulic component. The results show that in the bottom events, the important degree of structure and hydraulic components are lower, and the emphasis should be focused on the electronic components in the development.
