摘    要:将杨木APMP制浆废液与阳离子醚化剂进行改性反应,研究了醚化剂用量不同的改性废液对OCC纸浆物理性能的影响。同时考察了应用助留体系改善未改性废液中半纤维素在纸料中的留着效果。结果表明,废液改性反应中阳离子醚化剂用量为80%(对废液中半纤维素质量)时,改性废液对OCC纸张物理性能的改善效果最为明显。同时,助留体系对改善废液中半纤维素在浆料中的留着效果显著,最佳助留体系为:HCS-CPAM二元助留体系。

Abstract:In this study,the APMP pulping waste liquor was modified through etherifying reaction to prepare cationic modified waste liquor.The cationic modified waste liquor was used to improve the OCC pulp strength,the retention of hemicellulose of the waste liquor on the OCC pulp with the retention system was investigated.The results showed that the strength properties of OCC pulp can be improved significantly with adding the cationic modified waste liquor when the mass ratio of cationic etherealizer to hemicellulos...
