摘    要:丝状真菌作为真菌中一类重要的微生物类群,在食品加工、酶剂和有机酸的生产、生物防治等方面发挥着重要作用。但是在实际应用当中,由于丝状真菌的生长、代谢等严格受到自身抗逆性能及对外界环境的适应性能的影响,因此丝状真菌的应用受到环境条件的严格限制。而菌株的抗逆相关基因直接决定了其自身的抗逆能力及环境的适应能力。因此,就丝状真菌抗逆相关基因的研究方法及其在提升菌株抗逆性能的应用上进行了综述,为今后的丝状真菌菌株的改良及规模化的运用具有推动作用。

Abstract:Filamentous fungus is one of the economically important fungi in the production of food, enzymes, organic acids and biocontrol agents. The growth and metabolism of filamentous fungi are strictly limited by the environmental conditions and their stress tolerance and adaptability to the multiple environments. The stress tolerance and adaptability of those fungi aredirectly regulated by the genes involved in stress response. In this paper, we reviewed the advances in the research on thegenes involved in stress responses and the applications in enhancing the ability to tolerate the environmental stresses. This review can provide the main impetus for improvement of filamentous fungi and a large-scale application in the future.
