摘    要:目的 设计一种基于框架结构的组件式泡沫包装箱。 方法 由立柱、面板、侧板、角套拼接成组件式泡沫包装箱,其中立柱和面板构成箱体框架,起结构支撑作用。通过抗压试验和跌落试验,测试组件式泡沫包装箱的抗压强度和耐冲击强度。结果 组件式泡沫包装箱单箱抗压强度大于3000N,交错堆码条件下的抗压强度平均值1838.24N;箱体载物15kg跌落试验,跌落高度为600mm时,底面跌落无箱体破损,跌落高度为400mm时,侧面跌落、竖棱跌落无箱体破损,底棱跌落、角跌落出现箱体破损。结论 组件式泡沫包装箱抗压强度大,抗正向冲击能力强,抗斜向冲击能力较弱,适合多层堆码,满足运输包装的要求,设计方案可行。

Structural design of modular foam box

Abstract:Objective To design a modular foam packing box based on frame structure. Methods The upright post, panel, side plate and corn sleeve were spliced into a component type foam box, wherein the upright post and the panel formed a box body frame and played a role of structural support. The compressive strength and impact strength of the modular foam packaging were tested by compression and drop tests. Results The single box compressive strength of the modular foam packing box was greater than 3000 N, and the average compressive strength under the condition of staggered stacking was 1838.24 N. During box carrying 15 kg drop test, with the drop height of 600 mm, box was not damaged with bottom drop, and with the drop height of 400 mm, box was not damaged with side drop and vertical edge drop, but box appeared damage with bottom edge drop and angle drop. Conclusion The modular foam packing box has high compressive strength, strong forward impact resistance and weak oblique impact resistance, which is suitable for multi-layer stacking and meets the requirements of transportation packaging, and the design scheme is feasible.
