摘    要:以步进式输送系统为研究对象,对系统进行了仿真分析,针对系统存在压力冲击严重的问题,采用积分曲线法对比例阀的输入电流进行了优化,仿真结果和实验结果表明,此优化方法简单有效,具有实用价值。

Abstract:Walking beam transfer system in steel rolling production is this paper's studying object. It is established in the paper its mathematical model and simulation model. In accordance with the high press chock problem, this paper adopts integral curve to optimize the input current. Simulation and practice results show that this method is simple and powerful, and has practical value.
