| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年人胸腔积液与心脏功能之间的关系。方法：选择符合条件的老年胸腔积液患者４５例，观察其心电图。心脏Ｂ超，胸片及胸部ＣＴ等的变化。结果：４５例中３２例（７１．１％）有各种心脏病变的体征和／或阳性检查结果。结论：有中等和少量胸腔积液的老年患者，其胸腔积液与心脏功能的衰退有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:[WT5BZ]To probe into the relationship between pleural effusion and cardiac function decrease in old patients.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Results of ECG,Holter,B-ultrasonics,chest X-ray film and CT film of 45 old pleural effusion patients were reviewed and analyzed.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Signs of various heart diseases and/or positive results were found in 32(71.1%) among these 45 patients.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]In old patients with a few or moderate pleural effusion,there is certain relation between their pleural effusion and cardiac function decrease.
