固相萃取吸附剂的研究进展

摘    要:本文综述了固相萃取吸附剂的研究进展,主要阐述了几大类常见的吸附剂如活性炭、有机聚合物树脂、键合硅胶、纳米材料和分子印迹吸附剂在环境样品分析中的应用进展,分析了各种吸附剂的优缺点及应用范围。并提出了固相萃取吸附剂的发展趋势及展望。进一步的工作应该着力发展比表面积大、吸附能力强、易洗脱、选择性好的吸附剂。

Abstract:The research progress of solid phase extraction adsorbent was reviewed in this paper. The application process of several common adsorbents in the analysis of environmental samples was mainly introduced, including activated carbon, organic polymer resin, bonded silica gels, nanometer materials and molecularly imprinted adsorbent, and the advantages, disadvantages and application scope of each adsorbent were analyzed. Meanwhile, the development trend and prospect of solid-phase extraction adsorbents were proposed. The researches in future should be focused on the development of adsorbents with large specific surface area, strong adsorptive capacity, easy to elution and good selectivity.
