| 摘 要： | 采用切片纺工艺路线,成功研制了111 dtex/192 f大有光扁平FDY。结果表明,喷丝板选择一字形喷丝孔,长宽比9/1,菱形排布等方式,纺丝温度结合组件压力选择在290℃,采用油嘴上油,加工该种FDY,产品品质稳定,异形效果好,用它加工的织物毛直立性好,又具有柔软滑糯的手感。

| Abstract: | By using the chip spinning process route,the 111 dtex/192 f bright flat FDY is successfully developed.The results showed that when the lenth-width ratio of the spinneret hole is 9/1,using the diamond arrangement,combination with the spinneret pressure,the spinning temperature is selexted at 290 ℃,using the nozzle oiling mode,the 111 dtex/192 f bright flat FDY is manufactured.The product quality is stable,the profiled results is good.The fabric manufactured with this product has better wool upright and soft smooth handle. |
