新化合物SIOC-I-013对几种卫生害虫的杀虫活性

摘    要:化合物SIOC-I-013是中科院上海有机化学研究所研制的、具有自主知识产权的新型有效杀虫活性成分.参照农药生物活性测定方法和国标GB/T17322.11-1998的有关规定进行了该化合物对蜚蠊、红火蚁和台湾乳白蚁等卫生害虫的实验室杀灭效果观察和毒效作用的评价.结果表明,0.5% SIOC-I-013对美洲大蠊和德国小蠊的半数致死时间LT50分别为1.61 d和1.38 d;1%和0.5% SIOC-I-013在药后14 d对红火蚁工蚁的减退率均达到98.0%以上,浓度为1000 mg/L的SIOC-I-013对台湾乳白蚁的半数致死时间LT50为3600 min.可见,化合物SIOC-I-013对美洲大蠊和德国小蠊的致死效果优异,对台湾乳白蚁和红火蚁具有良好的杀灭效果,是适合用于防治卫生害虫的有效杀虫活性成分.

Abstract:SIOC-I-013 is a new active substance with China inventive property right for insects control under development by Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy Sciences. To evalute the efficacy of SIOC-I-013 against cockroches, fire ants and termites, it was tested in laboratory according to bioassay methods of pesticide and the GB/T17322.11-1998. The results showed that the values of LT50 against Blattella germanica and Periplaneta Americana were 1.61 d and 1.38 d respectively. The reduction rates of Solenopsis invicta Buren were above 98.0% at the dosage of 1.0% and 0.5% after 14 d treatment. The values of LT50 against Coptotermes formosanus (Shiraki) was 3600 min with the concentration of 1000 mg/L. So it can be concluded that SIOC-I-013 has excellent efficacy against cockroches and good activity against fire ants and termites, and is a new insecticide for public health insects control.
