| Abstract: | The director of the section office is an indispensable element in the hospital administration system. He not only is the person in charge of the administration, but also plays a leading part in the studies of his branch. Many factors, such as, his ideological quality, vocational level, management ability, and hard work and devotement to his professions, are relate to both rise and fall of the offices and the development of the hospital. |
