| 摘 要： | 现在许多厕所都使用全自动冲水感应器,文中论述了冲水器面板的数控加工方法,并针对此类面板特点,结合批量加工的需要,提出了合理的工艺方案,尤其采用一面二销的夹具定位装夹方案,只需一次找正,避免了以后批量加工的重复找正,极大地提高了生产效率。文中思路和方法对此类零件的数控加工具有通用性。

| Abstract: | Many toilet now use the automatic flushing sensors,this paper discusses CNC machining methods of the flush panel in detail,and its characteristics.Combined with the need for batch processing,the program puts forward rational process,in particular,the fixture clamping scheme of two pins in same plane,which can avoids the readjustment of the batch processing and greatly improve production efficiency.The method is applicable to the NC machining of similar parts. |
