高精度现场动平衡智能测试系统的开发与研究

摘    要:采用锁相环32倍频与50倍频技术实现对各种转速转子现场动平衡的精确测试。通过转速基准信号锁相环32倍频做A/D采样触发源,实现对不平衡振动信号硬件同步整周期采样;通过采用中心频率的自适应带通滤波器以及自适应量程转换电路,实现对现场复杂干扰情况中不平衡特征信号的提取。测试结果表明:系统能够实现对不同转速转子现场动平衡的精确测试。
