| 摘 要： | 明确大型玩具的安全技术要求，是避免和减少儿童安全事故的重要措施。该类产品安全隐患根源在于生产、安装和维护等无标可循，成人又疏于监管儿童使用等；据国外对该类产品的安全标准，其安全技术要求应包括一般安全要求、特定产品安全要求和对安装、检查、维护和操作的要求等三部分。

| Abstract: | Confirming the safety technique of large-scale toys was the important measure to avoid and reduce the children safety accident. The reasons of these accident were not only no criterion used to regulate manufacture, installation and maintenance ect., but also lacking supervision of adults to children play ect. Base on foreign safety standard of large-scale toys, the safety techniques were composed of three parts： general safety demand, specifical safety demand of the special product, the demand of installation, inspection, maintenance and operation. |
