基于MASTA车床齿轮齿面加载接触分析

摘    要:基于有限元弹性接触分析理论,利用MASTA有限元软件对某车床齿轮进行了齿面加载接触分析。仿真结果表明:齿轮最大接触应力出现在接触齿轮的齿面中部,齿轮在啮合过程中的接触应力呈现先增大再保持平稳波动后减小的趋势。分析结果显示相互啮合齿轮的齿面接触区域为椭圆形,且受压面的接触应力比受拉面的接触应力要大。

Abstract:Based on the flexibility of the finite element contact analysis theory, the tooth surface contact analysis of the marine gear was researched by using the MASTA finite element software. Simulation results show that the gear maximum contact stress occurs in the contact of gear tooth surface central place, and the tendency of the contact stress of the gears in the meshing process was increasing firstly and then decreasing and lastly keeping stable fluctuations. The contact stress of the pressure surface of the mutual gears is much greater than the tension surface's and tooth surface contact area for ellipse shape.
