交联过程对交联发泡PP板材性能的影响

摘    要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,二乙烯基苯为助交联剂,偶氮二甲酰胺为发泡剂,采用化学交联法,使PP树脂在发泡之前交联,并利用压制成型的方法制取了泡孔均匀、细密的泡沫板材。研究了交联剂和助交联剂的用量对凝胶质量分数和板材性能的影响。结果表明:DCP和二乙烯基苯的质量分数分别为0.12%和1.6%时,制品的各项性能较好。

Abstract:PP resin was crosslinked before blowing by chemical crosslinking method to pressing the foamed board with homogeneous and fine cells, in which DCP was used as crosslinking agent, DVB as assisted crosslinking agent and AC as blowing agent The influence of DCP content and DVB content on the mass fraction of gel and the property of the foamed board were studied The results showed when the mass fractions of DCP and DVB were 0 12% and 1 6% respectively, the property of the product was pretty good
