摘    要:通过调查广州蔬菜生产基地蔬菜地土壤和主要蔬菜重金属污染状况,运用数理统计方法研究和比较了不同蔬菜对Pb、Hg、Cd、Cr和As的富集能力。结果表明:各种蔬菜对重金属元素的富集能力与蔬菜生长特性以及与不同蔬菜对重金属元素吸收特性(遗传特性)的差异性密切相关,以富集系数表示蔬菜对元素富集能力高低,按平均值大小对不同蔬菜富集系数进行排序并分类。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of contamination condition of heavy metals(lead,mercury,cadmium,chromium,arsenic)in Guangzhou vegetable garden soils and some popular vegetables,the content of five elements in 95 soil samples and 292 vegetable samples were detected.To study the enrichment ability of different vegetables for heavy metals,some popular vegetables were chose as follows:lettuce,pakchoi,flowering chinese cabbage,youmai lettuce,leaf mustard,spinach,pea,kidney bean,tomato and eggplant.At the same time,the enrichment coefficients of these vegetables for five elements were calculated.With mathematical statistical method,we have done some comparison among different vegetables.The results showed that the enrichment ability of various vegetables for Pb,Hg,Cd,Cr,As have something to do with the discrepancy of vegetable growth as well as with the discrepancy of vegetables absorbing heavy metals(hereditary property).
