| 摘 要： | 智能电网的逐渐兴起将使清洁能源开发、资源综合利用与节能减排、能源（电力）需求侧管理、能效经济、绿、色配额交易融为一体，实现电力系统的多维度整合优化。基于智能电网中的高级计量体系（AMI），设计了一套居室智能节电系统，利用智能电能表实时显示居室用电状况，根据实时电价智能地为用户提供用电方案决策，提高用户节能节电意识，实现需求侧响应。

| Abstract: | The smart grid is a new concept. It integrated the utilization of clean energies, comprehensive utilization of resources,DSM and the energy efficiency economy.
