| 摘 要： | 结合北京地铁6号线一期工程工期较短的特点,分析了该一期工程计划的构成、编制中的难点,通过计划动态调整及预警,论述了计划与现场实际的互动关系,探讨了降低工期风险的几个措施,并以实际工程为例,对地铁建设计划管理工作的主要内容进行了拓展性分析和总结,以供参考。

| Abstract: | Combining with the characteristics of shorter construction period of 1 phase project in Beijing Metro Line 6, this paper analyzed the planning constitution, compilation difficulties of 1 phase project plan, through the planning dynamic adjustment and early warning, discussed the interactive relationship of plan and site practical, discussed several measures to reduce the construction period risk. Taking the actual project as an example, made activation analysis and summary to main contents of subway construction planning project management work, for reference. |
