| 摘 要： | 随着深井、复杂井等特殊注水泥施工作业的增多,“插旗杆”事故时有发生,虽然作业类型不同,事故原因各异,但后果严重,损失惊人.例举了注水泥塞、挤水泥和尾管固井3种不同作业类型的部分卡钻事故案例,分析了事故原因和影响施工安全的因素.对汲取教训、警示未来,具有一定的借鉴和参考价值.

| Abstract: | With the increase of special cementing jobs in deep or complex wells,troubles of pipe stuck while cementing happen occasionally,and the damage caused by which is very heavy.In this paper,three types of trouble cases of cement plugging,squeezing cement and liner cementing are introduced and the causes of the troubles are analyzed. |
