血栓性浅静脉炎形成的原因分析和护理

血栓性静脉炎 （thrombophlebitis） 包括血栓性浅静脉炎及深部血栓形成.常先有静脉内血栓形成以后发生静脉对血栓的炎性反应.血栓性静脉炎是指静脉血管腔内急性非化脓性炎症的同时伴有血栓形成,是一种常见的血管血栓性疾病,病变主要累及四肢浅静脉和深静脉.血栓可以引起炎症,炎症也可以引起血栓,两者互为因果.我科于2000年01月至2009年12月共发生9例血栓性浅静脉炎,现将病例及相关护理措施报道如下.
