浅谈移痛法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床初探

肱骨外上髁炎,又称桡侧伸腕肌腱劳损,或伸腕肌腱附着点扭伤、肱桡滑囊炎,又可称为肱骨外上髁症候群.有人称为＂网球肘＂,认为本病多发生于网球运动员.实际上,本病多发生于经常作旋转前臂和伸屈肘、腕关节的劳动者.如家庭妇女、木工、砖瓦工、钳工、水电工等肱骨外上髁炎为按摩临床所常见,笔者在相当长的一个时期对本病的治疗,多采取局部常规手法,如掸拨、理筋等.但疗效欠佳,使一些患者只得转诊骨科做封闭治疗.当对无效者采用移痛法进行治疗后,疗效明显提高,现介绍如下.
