厄贝沙坦／氢氯噻嗪片治疗轻中度原发性高血压疗效观察

目的： 观察厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪片治疗轻中度高血压患者的疗效和安全性.方法： 轻、中度原发性高血压患者82例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各41例,分别给予厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪片和厄贝沙坦治疗.疗程均为8周.结果：总有效率治疗组92.7%,对照组75.6%,两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论： 厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪联合比单独使用厄贝沙坦对降压更有效.

The treatment course is 8 weeks. Results： The total effectiveness treatment group 92.7 %, the control group 75.6 %, two groups of comparisons have the remarkable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Distress shell sand Tanzania/hydrogen chlorine sai qin jointly compared to independent employment distress shell Sha Tan to voltage dropping resistor more effective.
