关节突关节源性腰痛的中医外治研究现状

关节突关节的退变是影响腰椎稳定性的重要因素,也是引起腰痛的重要原因之一。随着诊疗技术的发展,关节突关节源性腰痛的研究越来越受重视。中医外治关节突关节源性腰痛包括:针灸、温针灸、针刀、手法、中药外敷、放血疗法、中药制剂注射、综合治疗等。临床虽然取得一定疗效,但该病命名混乱,尚未形成统一的诊断、治疗及疗效评估体系,影响了该病的进一步研究。规范该病命名,形成统一的诊断、分型及疗效评估标准,有助于推广安全有效的中医外治技术,从而更有效的诊治关节突关节源性腰痛。

Research Status of TCM External Treatment of Facet Joint-derived Lumbago

Degeneration of the articular process joints is an important factor affecting lumbar spine stability and one of the important causes of low back pain.With the development of diagnosis and treatment technology,the research on joint-induced low back pain has been paid more and more attention.Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of arthritis-induced low back pain includes:acupuncture,warm acupuncture,acupuncture,manipulation,external application of traditional Chinese medicine,bloodletting therapy,injection of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and comprehensive treatment.Although clinical results have been achieved,the disease has been named confusingly,and a unified diagnosis,treatment,and efficacy evaluation system has not yet been formed,which has affected further research on the disease.Standardizing the naming of the disease,forming a unified standard for diagnosis,typing,and efficacy evaluation,will help promote safe and effective external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and thus more effectively diagnose and treat arthritis-induced low back pain.
