杀鼠迷、敌鼠钠盐、溴敌隆一次性投饵杀灭家栖鼠效果评价

摘    要:[目的]评价第一代抗凝血剂0.075%杀鼠迷、0.1%敌鼠钠盐及0.13%敌鼠钠盐母粉、第二代抗凝血剂0.005%溴敌隆毒饵灭鼠的效果。[方法]在济南市城乡结合部地区选取环境相似的两个农村,对杀鼠迷、敌鼠钠盐,溴敌隆和以敌鼠钠母粉配成的毒饵应用一次性投饵技术实施灭鼠;灭效考核用36格法、S-100格法。[结果]于投饵后第10天测定杀鼠迷、敌鼠钠盐、溴敌隆毒饵的灭鼠率分别为82.69%、82.32%、84.87%。杀鼠迷与溴敌隆(u=1.16,P〉0.05)、杀鼠迷与敌鼠钠盐(u=0.21,P〉0.05)、溴敌隆与敌鼠钠盐(u=1.36,P〉0.05);用敌鼠钠母粉配成毒饵2次现场灭鼠效果分别为91.03%和87.40%,与敌鼠钠盐原粉(灭效89.55%)比较,差异均无统计学意义(u=0.87,1.08,P〉0.05)。[结论]第一代与第二代抗凝血杀鼠剂对家栖鼠都有良好的杀灭效果。

Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate the effect of deratization with 0.075% cumatetralyl,0.1% diphacine-Na of anticoagulant of the first genaration and 0.005% bromadiolone of anticoagulant of the second generation.[Methods]Two villages which had same environment were selected at the place between rural area and city area.Deratization was carried out in villages with the bait poisons of cumatetralyl,diphacine-Na,bromadiolone and 13% diphacine-Na used as basic powder by one-time bait giving method.The methods of 36 check,S-100 check were used to evaluate the effect of deratization.[Results]The deratization rates at the tenth day after giving the bait poisons of cumateralyl,diphacine-Na and bromadiolone were 82.69%,82.32% and 84.87% respectively.The differences of Cumatetralyl and bromadiolone(u=1.16,P>0.05),cumatetralyl and bromadiolone(u=0.21,P>0.05),bromadiolone and diphacine(u=1.36,P>0.05) had no statistic significance.The on-the-spot deratization rate with bait poison prepared with the basic powder of diphacine-Na for 2 times were 91.03% and 87.40% respectively.Compared with original powder of diphacine-Na(89.55%),there was no statistical significance(u=0.87,1.08,P>0.05).[Conclusion]The raticide of anticoagulant of the first and second generation both had the good effect to kill rattus.
