摘    要:论述了Texaco水煤浆加压气化工艺制取的合成气中氩组分对氨合成系统压力和塔负荷的影响,分析了合成塔超压的原因,提出了相应改进措施,通过改进前后生产运行数据数据和产量的对比,总结了运行效果。

Abstract:Author has discussed the influence of argon component in synthesis gas,produced from Texaco water coal slurry pressurized gasification process,on ammonia synthesis system pressure and the load of converter,analyzed the cause for pressure exceeding of ammonia converter,presented the appropriate improvement measures,through production operation data & comparison of production capacity before & after improvement,the operating effect was summarized.
