摘    要:本文介绍如何使用松下PLC控制系统控制刀具进给,实现铝制圆柱箱体表面泡沫塑料的等厚加工,以及系统的硬件配置和软件设计。并重点阐述了控制刀具进给实现等厚加工的PLC程序的设计。最后通过对实验结果的分析,探讨影响加工精度的因素并提出改进措施。

Abstract:This paper introduce how to control the tool feed with PLC control system,and realize the machining which makes the plastic material on the surface of cylindrical aluminum tank equal to the thickness,as well as the hardware configuration and software design.It mainly analyzes the design of the program which control tool feed.At last,the factors which influence the processing precision are studied and the improvement measures are presented according to the analysis of the experimental result.
