2011-2012年保山市孕产妇艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

目的了解保山市艾滋病哨点孕产妇人群的艾滋病病毒（HIV）、梅毒（SP）和丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）流行现状及艾滋病相关知识知晓率和相关的危险行为，为制定防制HIV经母婴传播的相关措施提供依据。方法对2011～2012年到保山市人民医院及市妇幼保健院做产前检查的孕产妇的资料进行分析。结果调查800人，艾滋病相关知识知晓率为84．63％。各项艾滋病知识知晓率在71.13%～84．13％。在不同人群中艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为：16～20岁78．89％，21～30岁85．45％，31～47岁85．71%（P〉0．05）；小学及以下86．44％，初中79．86％，高中或中专89．86％，大专及以上93．17％（P〈0．01）；未婚者70．83％，在婚或同居者85．18％（P〈0．05）；本省户籍85．45％，外省或外籍66．67％（P〈0．01）；未生育87．87％，1次生育78．41％（P〉0．05）。有18．00％及22．25％的孕产妇及丈夫分别去过外地打工或经商。HIV抗体检测800人，阳性2例，HIV抗体阳性检出率为0．25%；检出SP阳性2例，梅毒抗体阳性检出率为o．25％；检出HCV抗体阳性3例，HCV抗体阳性检出率为0．38％。结论保山市HIV哨点孕产妇人群HIV感染率高于全国平均水平。

Analysis on HIV Sentinel Surveillance Results Among Pregnant Women,Baoshan City, 2 011-2 012

Objective To understand Human Immunodeficiency Virus （HIV）,Syphilis（SP）,and Hepatitis C （HCV） se- roprevalence,awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge, and pertinent risk behavior among pregnant women in Baoshan city, so as to provide scientific basis for policy-making of stopping HIV transmission via mother to child. Meth- ods The data on HIV,SP,HCV seroprevalenee status of all pregnant women who attended antenatal clinics in Baoshan city during 2011-2012 were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 800 pregnant women were included,the average awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was 84.63%. And amongst 8 questions, the awareness rate ranged from 71. 13% to 95. 13%.Among the age groups,the awareness rate of 16-20,21 30,and 31-47 years groups was 78.89%, 85.45% ,and 85.71%, respectively. The awareness rate of primary school or less, junior high school, and senior high school was 79.86%,89.96%and 93.17% ,respectively. The awareness rate of single was 70.83% ,married or cohabiting 85. 18%,and native 85.45% ,other places 66.67% ,and never reproduction with 87. 87% ≥1 reproductions 78.41%. 18.00 % pregnant women and 22.25 % their husbands once worked in other places. The seroprevalence of HIV,SP, HCV was 0.25 % , 0.25 % , and 0.38 %, respectively. Conclusion The seroprevalence of HIV among pregnant women in Baos- han city is higher than that of national prevalent leve 1 .
