X光造影对21例MCu IUD置入宫腔后的形态分析

摘    要:目的:了解MCu IUD置入宫腔后与子宫腔形态的关系。方法:对21例置入MCu IUD后(包括即时和随访时)的妇女进行了“稀释碘油造影”的X光子宫造影。结果:21例造影均显示MCu IUD两臂端弹处在宫角近输卵管开口处,保持着设计的形态。结论:MCu IUD的构型设计与子宫腔形态呈顺应性,互相维系着动态平衡,因此使MCuIUD不易嵌顿及向下移位、脱落,考证了MCu IUD极低的脱落率的效果。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the relationship between the MCu IUD and the morphosis of uterine cavity after the MCu IUD was inserted. Methods: Among 21 cases which used MCu IUD, we made a x- ray contrast examination for uterne with dilute iodized oil( including the cases just after inserting and the following - up cases). Results; From the results of x - ray contrast examination, we can see that the copper granules in the end of MCu IUD is in the uterine corner,just near the opening sites of fallopian tubes. Moreover,it can keep its own outline. Conclusion;The relationship between the outline of MGu IUD and the morphosis of uterine cavity is compliant. They can keep dynamic equilibrium. The MCu IUD has such properties as insusceptible to incarceration and dislocation. All these certificated its lowest expulsion rates.
