| 摘 要： | 通过对专科护士的概念、职能作用及工作内容的介绍，阐述了国内外专科护士发展的现状，分析了我国专科护士在临床护理中的角色冲突、职业发展障碍等相关问题，提出专科护士职业发展的培养策略。

| Abstract: | Through the elaboration of the concept, functions and the content of clinical nurse specialist, the current situation of domestic and foreign nurse development is summarized. The role confliction of China ＇ s specialized nurs- es in clinical nursing, and related problems and obstacles to the development of the occupation are analyzed. Train- ing strategies of nurse occupation development specialist are proposed. |
