| Abstract: | The concept and characteristics of succeeding in bidding at rational low price wea-e illustrated. The meaning of implementing suc-ceeding in bidding at rational low price in Chinese building engineering was analyzed systematically. It also pointed out that implementing suc-ceeding in bidding at rational low price was favorable to strengthen construction enterprise's inner management, promote engineering insurance and engineering guarantee and other related service industrial development. |
