| 摘 要： | 隐患排查治理作为煤矿安全管理中的一项基础性工作，对于煤矿安全事故预防有着不可替代的作用。本文针对我国煤矿在隐患排查治理方面普遍存在的问题，基于煤矿风险预控管理的理念，设计并提出隐患排查治理的闭合模式，从模式的构建和运行两方面进行研究，为构建煤矿隐患排查治理长效机制提供一种新的思路。

Establishment and Function of the Closed-loop Mode of Checking and Treating Hidden Risk for Coal Mines |

| Abstract: | Checking and treating hidden risk is one of the basic work for coal mine safety management,which plays an irreplaceable role in coal mine accident prevention. In view of the ubiquity problem about checking and treating hidden risk in coal mines, the closed-loop mode of checking and treating hidden risk is put forward in this paper based on the concept of coal mine risk prevention mangement in coal mine. A study on the construction and implementation of this closed-loop mode is made to provide new idea for the establishment of the long-term mechanism for coal mines. |
