摘    要:目的:观察舒理康胶囊对快速进入高原的青年男性血压的影响,从一个方面探讨其抗高原缺氧及预防急性高原反应的机理。方法:在2005年冬季进藏新兵中进行整群抽样,选择一个连队共150名新兵,分为舒理康组、红景天组和对照组,分别服用舒理康胶囊(卫食健字2002第0092号)、红景天胶囊(军药准字Z 2001020)和医用淀粉胶囊;采用单盲法给药,从进入高原前3 d开始服药,3粒/次,2次/d,直到进入高原后的第5 d停药。分别于受试者服药前和进入高原后的第1 d、第3 d和第7 d各测定一次受试者的血压值。结果:受试者进入高原后的第1 d血压基本稳定;在第3 d各组血压均有不同程度的改变,以升高为主,收缩压的变化幅度大于舒张压;舒理康组和红景天组收缩压虽然有变化,但在进入高原前后的自身比较中,无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中红景天组到第7 d收缩压还略有降低,舒理康组则维持在与平原同一个评价等级上。结论:受试者进入高原后,血压值会升高;舒理康和红景天胶囊都有一定调节血压的作用

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Shulikang capsule on blood pressure of young men exposed rapidly to high altitude and search for a new method preventing high altitude reaction induced by environment hypoxia.Methods:150 recruits who would enter Tibet by airplane were divided into three groups: control group,Shulikang group and Rhodiola group.The control group was given placebo capsule,Shulikang group given Shulikang capsule and Rhodiola group given Rhodiola capsule.The subjects took 3 capsules each time twice a day from 2 days before entering high altitude to 5 days after entering high altitude in a single-blind method.The blood pressure of left upper arm of these subjects were recorded before and 1st,3rd and 7th day after entering high altitude,respectively.Results:The blood pressure kept steady on the 1st day after entering high altitude.The blood pressure of most subjects increased from the 3rd day and the change of systolic pressure was bigger than that of diastolic pressure.Compared with that before entering high altitude,the systolic pressure of Shulikang group and Rhodiola group changed,but the change was not significant(P>0.05).On the 7th day,the blood pressures of the Rhodiola group decreased,but the Shulikang group kept steady.Conclusion:After exposed to high altitude,the blood pressure of migrants will change.Both Rhodiola and Shulikang can keep blood pressure steady at some extent.
