摘    要:本文认为根据我国建筑市场走向,建筑工程投标将成为建筑企业承揽工程任务的主要方式,并提出建筑企业要想在投标竞争中获胜,必须仔细研究标书、认真计算报价;充分发挥优势、努力降低预算成本;贯彻薄利方针、主动适应要求。

Abstract:According to the tendency of China's construction market, the author believes that entering a bid for construction will be the main means of undertaking building tasks. The author also points out that construction enterprises must study bidding documents carefully and calculate quoted prices seriously if they want to win successes in bidding contests. Only in this way can they bring their advantages into full play and try to decrease estimated cost, implement small profits guiding principles and adapt thamselves initiatively to the market requirements.
