| 摘 要： | 随着现代农业经济的迅猛发展以及农村城市化进程的快速推进，农村水环境问题日益凸显．其背后深层次原因之一，则是农村居民水法制意识较弱，在日常生活和生产劳动中，自觉不自觉地对农村水环境造成了破坏．本文从调研获取的数据，对农村居民水法意识做了简要分析，并在此基础上提出了增强农村居民水法意识，促进农村水生态环境建设的相关建议．

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of modern agriculture and rural economy in the process of the city, Rural water environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. One of the deep-seated reasons behind, is the water legal con- sciousness weak rural residents, In the daily life and work, consciously or unconsciously, caused damage to the rural water environment. This paper from the research data, On rural water consciousness briefly analyzed, and on the basis of the enhanced awareness of rural residents, Suggestions to promote the construction of water ecological environment in rural areas. |
