经皮自体骨髓注射治疗长骨骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损疗效分析

摘    要:目的分析经皮自体骨髓注射治疗长骨骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损的临床疗效。方法用骨穿针穿入骨不连骨缺损部位,同时于髂前上棘处行骨穿抽取红骨髓,注入骨不连骨缺损部位,术后局部加压包扎,应用夹板或石膏外固定。常规应用抗生素,预防感染。每半月摄X线片1次,观察治疗情况。每10d 1次,3次为1个疗程。随访观察至患者临床愈合。结果 37例患者通过1个疗程治疗,均得到随访,随访时间为4~12个月,平均随访时间为6个月。愈合时间在2.5~6.5个月,平均4.5个月。结论经皮自体骨髓注射治疗长骨骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损能取得较好的临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广和研究,以进一步完善和提高本法的疗效和安全性。

Abstract:Objective Analyze the clinical effects of the focal bone defects after long bone nonunion treating with Percutaneous autologous bone marrow injection.Methods Use a bone needle penetration into nonunion bone defect,at the same time in the anterior superior iliac spine line guchuan extract of red bone marrow,injected into nonunion bone defect,postoperative local pressure dressing,apply a splint or plaster immobilization.Conventional give antibiotics to prevent infection.Photo by X-ray films per half month an observed therapy.1 time every 10 days.3 times as a course of treatment.Follow-up until clinical healing.Results 37 patients through a course of treatment,were followed up for 4 to 12 months,with an average follow-up period of 6 months.Healing time of 2.5 ~ 6.5 months,an average of 4.5 months.Conclusion Percutaneous autologous bone marrow injection in the treatment of nonunion of long bone defects after focal can achieve better clinical efficacy,is worthy of further promotion and research to further improve and enhance the efficacy and safety of this Law.
