| Abstract: | The progress in synthesis of citrate surfactant are outlined.The synthetic methods of citrate,including both direct and indirect esterifications,are introduced respectively.The application of citrate such as in plasticizers,food additives,detergent promoters,cosmetics and textile industry,etc.,are also introduced in detail. |
