| 摘 要： | 硕博连读研究生培养方式是贯通式博士生培养模式的重要类型,是目前国际上博士研究生教育的通用模式。文章首先对我国硕博连读研究生培养模式的产生进行分析,总结了既有关于硕博连读培养模式的国内研究。在此基础上,文章分析了目前硕博连读研究生培养实践过程中遇到的一些困难和挑战,并根据这些问题,以经济学科为例,提出了完善我国硕博连读培养模式的一些参考建议,即构建硕博连读研究生“五位一体”培养体系。

| Abstract: | The successive master-doctor cultivation is an important type of successive cultivation of PhD students.It is the general model of cultivating PhD students internationally.First,this paper analyzes the origin of successive master-doctor cultivation and concludes the corresponding domestic studies.Based on this,this paper analyzes the challenges of implementing successive master-doctor cultivation.According to these challenges,taking the economic subject as an example,this paper provides some suggestions for improving China's successive master-doctor cultivation model;namely,constructing the Five-in-one cultivation system of successive master-doctor cultivation. |
