| 摘 要： | 基于无线胶囊内窥镜的实验研究,介绍两款微小型CMOS图像传感器芯片的开发制作。从芯片的外围电路分析入手,设计印刷电路板(PCB),采用热转印法自制印刷电路板,通过手工焊接和回流焊制作,并指出手工制作过程中的具体注意事项和难点。讨论摄像模块的制作和调试流程,分析电池组的安装工艺和系统的图像采集与接收原理。
