无线胶囊内窥镜CMOS摄像模块的设计与制作

摘    要:基于无线胶囊内窥镜的实验研究,介绍两款微小型CMOS图像传感器芯片的开发制作。从芯片的外围电路分析入手,设计印刷电路板(PCB),采用热转印法自制印刷电路板,通过手工焊接和回流焊制作,并指出手工制作过程中的具体注意事项和难点。讨论摄像模块的制作和调试流程,分析电池组的安装工艺和系统的图像采集与接收原理。

Abstract:Based on the experimental study of wireless capsule endoscope,development and making of two subminiature CMOS image sensor chips are introduced in detail.Though the analysis of the chip peripheral circuits,PCB circuit boards are designed and made using thermal transfer printing by ourselves,welding of the elements is in manual and SMT reflow soldering.The attentions and difficulty points in manual making process are discussed.Manufacture of image capturing modules and debugging flow are discussed,as well as...
