IGF-1R基因在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达

目的研究胰岛素样生长因子受体-1（insulin—likegrowthfactor1-receptor,IGF-1R）mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌（BTCC）中的表达及意义。方法用原位杂交方法检测40例BTCC组织和15例正常膀胱黏膜组织中IGF-1RmRNA的表达；分析IGF-1RmRNA表达与BTCC临床病理特征间的关系。结果1）IGF-1RmRNA在BTCC中表达阳性率为77．5％，在正常膀胱黏膜组织中不表达；2）IGF-1RmRNA在BTCC中表达随临床分期及病理分级的升高而增加；肿瘤转移组高于无转移组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论IGF-1RmRNA在BTCC中高表达．且与BTCC的发生、发展相关，是膀胱肿瘤的一种重要标记物。

Expression of IGF-1R mRNA in Bladder Transitional Cell Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of insulin-like growth factor l-receptor （IGF-1R） mRNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTCC）. Methods The expression of IGF-1R mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization in 40 BTCC samples and 15 normal bladder mucosal tissues （NBST）.The relationship between IGF-1R expression and pathological features of BTCC was analyzed. Re- suits The positive rates of IGF-1R mRNA expression were 77.5% and 0% in BTCC and NBST, respective- ly. Furthermore, the expression of IGF-1R mRNA increased with clinical stage and histological grade, and IGF-1R expression in BTCC with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in BTCC without lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion IGF-1R mRNA is highly expressed in BTCC and acts as a marker of blad- der cancer, which correlates closely with the occurrence and development of BTCC.
