| 摘 要： | 研究了Ｃｕ－Ｚｎ－Ａｌ合金的成分、热处理工艺、冷热循环及晶粒细化等因素对其形状记忆性能的影响。通过冶炼过程中添加微量元素细化晶粒，改善合金力学性能，通过改变热处理工艺等手段，降低马氏体稳定化现象，提高Ｃｕ－Ｚｎ－Ａｌ合金的形状记忆性能的稳定性。

| Abstract: | The composition,heat treatment,cyele transfermations and grain refinement's effects on Cu-Zn-Al shape memory property have been investigated.Experimental results indicated that the grain size of Cu-Zn-Al alloys is refined greatlyby adding a small amount of boron and rare-earth elements,and the mechanical property is improved,Furthermore,by various quenching and aging treatments the stabilization of martensitecan be reduced and the shape memory effect of Cu-Zn-Alalloys is enhanced effectively. |
