摘    要:采用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了YMnO3纳米粉体,利用FTIR和TG-DSC分析凝胶的组成及热分解过程,通过XRD、FSEM、TEM和磁性能测试对制得的纳米粉体进行表征,结果表明,YMnO3粉体颗粒细小,尺寸分布较均匀,平均粒径小于100nm,粉体在室温下表现为顺磁性特征。

Synthesis of YMn03 Nano-powders by Microwave-assisted Sol-gel Method

Abstract:YMnO3 nano-powders were synthesized by microwave-assisted sol-gel method. The composition and the thermo-decomposing process of the gel were studied by means of IR spectrum and TG-DSC analysis. Characterized by XRD, FSEM and TEM. The results showed that, by using microwave-assisted sol-gel method, nano-sized YMnO3 powders could be synthsized under lower calcined temperature in relatively shorter time compared with the traditional sol-gel method. The YMnO3 powders prepared by the microwave-assisted method owned uniform particle size smaller than 100nm. The magnetic hysteresis loop result showed that YMnO3 nano-powders exhibited paramagnetic characteristic at room temperature.
