数控加工刀具半径补偿矢量算法的研究与实现

摘    要:刀具半径补偿是数控系统的一个基本功能,该功能使不同半径的刀具编程轨迹具有通用性。采用矢量算法实现编程轨迹的转接,并在原来基础上对插入转接类型的求解方法进行改进,缩短了刀具路径,提高了加工效率。

Abstract:The cutter radius compensation is a basic function in CNC which makes programming track universal toward different radius tools.Vector algorithm was utilized to realize the transfers of programming track.The solution method of the insert-type was modified based on the original one and the tool path was shortened,processing efficiency was improved.
