摘    要:用丙三醇和癸二酸通过熔融共缩聚反应方法,合成了可生物降解的聚癸二酸丙三醇酯弹性体,并对其结构进行了表征,同时讨论了该弹性体的力学性能、亲水性能和降解性能。结果表明,该弹性体中存在的酯键、羟基和羧基,使其具有一定的亲水性能和可生物降解性能。通过改变丙三醇/癸二酸(摩尔比),可以调节其力学性能、亲水性能以及降解性能。

Abstract:A biodegradable poly(sebacic-co-propanetriol) ester elastomer(PGS) was synthesized with propanetriol and sebacic acid by melting cocondensation.The structure of the PGS was characterized.The mechanical properties,hydrophilicity and degradation of the PGS were discussed.The results showed that the ester bond,carboxyl and hydroxyl groups in the PGS endowed with certain hydrophilicity and biodegradation of PGS. The mechanical properties,hydrophilicity and degradation of the PGS could be adjusted by altering mole ratio of propanetriol and sebacic acid.
