摘    要:推导出光链路C/N指标的简化计算式,并计算光接收模块改用砷化镓材料以后、光发射机改用砷化镓放大模块以后,光链路C/N指标和CTB指标的提高量.同时还说明光接收机内光接收模块下面的电放大模块实际上是电缆网络中的第一级放大器,在系统指标设计时不宜将它并入光链路.

Abstract:In this article, a simplified formula for calculating C/N ratio of an optical link was suggested which can be applied to calculate the improvement of C/N index and CTB index of an optical link, in terms of the adoption of GaAs components and module as receiver module and amplifier module. The illation also shows that the signal amplifier module after the optical receiver module in an optical receiver actually serves as the first stage amplifier in an signal network. Therefore it should not be considered as a part of the optical link.
