摘    要:建立了水产品中碱性嫩黄O工业染料残留的高效液相色谱 电喷雾串联质谱测定方法。样品经甲醇超声提取、旋转蒸发浓缩、过滤后,在正离子电喷雾离子源(ESI+),多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行测定。方法线性范围为2.5~100 μg•L-1,在添加水平为5.0~20.0 μg•kg-1时的平均回收率为78.9%~92.1%,相对标准偏差小于11%,定量限为0.5 μg•kg-1

Abstract:Auramine O in fishery products was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectromety. Sample was ultrasonically extracted from homogenized samples with methanol, then concentrated and purified. Analytes were finally determined by electrospray ionization(ESI) in positive mode using multiple reactions monitoring(MRM). The method was validated, and good results were obtained with respect to spiked recovery .The linear range is from 2.5 to 100 μg·L~(-1) .The average recoveries are between 78.9% and 92.1% in the spiked range of 5.0-20.0 μg·kg~(-1), its relative standard deviation is lower than 11%. The limit quantification(LOQ) is 0.5 μg·kg~(-1) .
