| 摘 要： | 通过对锚杆静压桩加固工艺及施工情况进行详细总结和对锚杆静压桩的施工的挤土效应、附加沉降产生的原因进行讨论分析,提出6种减小锚杆静压桩施工挤土效应的控制措施以及5种防止锚杆静压桩施工引起的附加沉降的控制措施。以软土区某工业厂房地坪沉降锚杆静压桩加固处理案例为实例,对不同的压桩速率、压桩顺序等工艺进行介绍,对施工过程中地面、立柱的变形进行动态监测,针对施工中出现问题通过优化施工工艺进行解决,有效地减小了挤土效应和附加沉降现象,验证减小挤土效应及附加沉降方法的可靠性。
