| 摘 要： | 研究茶多酚对小鼠脂类代谢和结肠双歧杆菌的影响,探讨茶多酚采食与脂类代谢和肠道双歧杆菌之间的关系。ApoE-/-小鼠以高脂饲料饲养并在饮水中添加1.6g/L茶多酚,8周后用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析肠道双歧杆菌多样性。结果表明,高脂饮食对照组(HF)和茶多酚组(T)肠道双歧杆菌多样性有显著差异;16周后,T组血清中TC、LDL-C含量分别为19.8,16.1mmol/L,显著低于HF组的36.4,28.4mmol/L(P<0.05)。说明茶多酚采食对apoE-/-小鼠肠道双歧杆菌菌群多样性和脂类代谢均有显著的影响。

| Abstract: | Study on the effects of tea polyphenols on lipid metabolism andbifidobacteriain colon of apoE/mice.ApoE/mice were fed with high-fat diet,and drinking water supplemented with tea polyphenols(1.6g/L).The diversity of intestinal bifidobacteria was investigated by DGGE after 8weeks,showed the structure of intestinal bifidobacteriaof tea polyphenols group(T) were significantly different from high-fat diet group(HF).After 16weeks,the concentration of TC and LDL-C in T group were 19.8 mmol/L and 16.1mmol/L,significantly less than those in HF group(36.4mmol/L and 28.4mmol/L)(P<0.05).These results showed that lipid metabolism and the diversity of intestinal bifidobacteriain apoE/mice were significantly affected by tea polyphenols. |
