急性脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块与血清C-反应蛋白及尿酸水平的关系

目的探寻急性脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块的形成与患者c反应蛋白（CRP）、尿酸（UA）的相关性。方法对136例急性脑梗死患者进行颈动脉彩超检查及血清CRP、UA水平检测，分析颈动脉斑块数量与CRP、UA的关系。结果2处和≥3处颈动脉斑块组血清CRP和UA水平显著高于无斑块组（P〈0．05）．1处颈动脉斑块组血清CRP和UA水平与无斑块组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），急性脑梗死患者血清CRP与UA水平呈正相关（P〈0．05）；血清CRP和UA水平与颈动脉斑块的数量均呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论检测急性脑梗死患者血清CRP和UA水平，可以预测颈动脉斑块的形成和严重程度。

Relationship between Carotid Arterial Plaque and Serum C-reactive Protein and Uric Acid in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To explore the relationship of carotid arterial plaque and serum C-reactive protein and uric acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： t36 patients with acute cerebral infarction were tested by cervical part artery sonography and the blood levels of CRP and UA were measured. Some indicators were analyzed including the relating of the quantiy of the carotid arterial plaque,CRP and UA. Results： Com- pared with those of non carotid arterial plaque, the blood levels of CRP and UA with those of two or more carotid arterial plaques were increased significently. There were some differences of the blood levels of CRP and UA be- tween the patients with non carotid arterial plaque and those with single carotid arterial plaque. The levels of CRP were positive relation with the levels of UA in patients of acute cerebral infarction, and the levels of CRP and UA were positive relation with the the quantiy of the carotid arterial plaque. Conclusion： It is very valuable to fore- cast the incidence and serevity of carotid arterial plaque measured the blood levels of CRP and UA in patient with acute cerebral infarction
