| 摘 要： | 目的：观察癫狂梦醒汤治疗痰瘀阻络型血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法：将40例痰瘀阻络型血管性痴呆患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组20例和对照组20例，治疗组口服癫狂梦醒汤治疗，对照组口服吡拉西坦治疗。治疗28d后进行简易智力状态速查表（MMSE）评测及检查相关生化检查情况。结果：两组患者MMSE评测及检查相关生化检查比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：癫狂梦醒汤治疗痰瘀阻络型血管性痴呆疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness of madness awakening soup in treating phlegm and blood stasis type of vascular dementia. Methods 40 cases of phlegm and blood stasis type of vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group including 20 cases. The treatment group was treated with mania wake soup, and the control group was treated with piracetam;doing the mini-mental state examination（MMSE） evaluation and inspection-related biochemical tests after treatment 28 days, compared with the two groups, the treatment group better than the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Phlegm and blood stasis type of vascular dementia using madness awakening soup compared with oral piracetam better. |
